From 2001 to 2016, he managed mission-critical software and databases for global naval operations, experiences that laid the groundwork for his seamless transition into enterprise IT leadership.

In 2021, Jay launched JLS Technical Solutions to provide tailored IT project management and staffing solutions to clients in both government and commercial sectors. The company has since become synonymous with excellence, reliability, and results, serving organizations such as the Department of Defense, the Defense Health Agency, and Fortune 500 companies.
