Jay Stifflemire is a technology leader, publishing innovator, and retired U.S. Navy veteran whose career spans more than two decades of high-stakes operations, enterprise IT leadership, and purpose-driven entrepreneurship. He is the driving force behind two growing ventures—JLS Technical Solutions, a forward-thinking IT consulting and project management firm, and JLS Publishers, an independent publishing house dedicated to meaningful, life-changing books.
A Career Built on Precision, Strategy, and Service
Jay served from 2001–2016 aboard seven U.S. Navy warships, managing mission-critical software, databases, and global naval operations. His years in uniform shaped a leadership style defined by discipline, strategic thinking, and calm execution under pressure—qualities that continue to anchor every project he leads.

In 2021, Jay founded JLS Technical Solutions to provide tailored IT consulting, cloud migration leadership, and technical staffing for federal agencies and enterprise organizations. The company has since become a trusted partner for the Department of Defense, Defense Health Agency, and multiple Fortune 500 clients, known for its excellence, reliability, and results-driven delivery.
